Which wheel should I use?
- You have your own list: use the Custom Wheel. Paste up to 100 entries, remove winners as you go and share the wheel as a link.
- You are picking people: the Random Name Picker and the Classroom Name Picker also hold up to 100 names, and the classroom version can remove each student after they are called.
- You need groups: the Team Generator splits a list into even teams in one click.
- One question, two answers: the Yes or No Wheel gives a straight answer.
- A few good options and no clear winner: the Decision Wheel breaks the tie.
- A holiday or party: the seasonal tools handle the special rules — private reveal links for Secret Santa, steal limits for White Elephant and dish assignments for a potluck.
How the wheels work
Every wheel draws its result with your browser's cryptographic random number generator, and every slice is the same size, so each entry has the same chance. Themed wheels come with a starter list you can edit and hold up to 12 entries so the labels stay readable on a phone. Nothing you type is sent to a server; sharing a wheel puts your list into the link itself.
